This is to confirm my call to you this afternoon concerning the performance of Mr. Deep Goswami. I was one of his clients yesterday in court. I must commend you in your decision to bring to your team such an astute attorney.
Throughout the morning, Mr. Goswami was patient and attentive. I watched as he called out to meet with each individual client. When he met with me, he was thorough and professional; reading the relevant portions of the police report to me and stopping to ask if I had any questions. He was direct and clear when he explained to me my options and likelihood of success if I chose to take my case to trial. I did appreciate feeling like a person of worth and merit rather than feeling like a bull in a cattle call.
The judge we were in front of was quite difficult and clearly pro-prosecutor. Mr. Goswami had his work cut out for himself in representing my position and getting me the best result that was available under the circumstances. He took the time necessary to clarify my position before the court and was resourceful enough to search the applicable law for a viable exception which would allow me to achieve the result I wanted in this case.
I am truly grateful for Mr. Goswami's efforts in my case. I have worked with other attorney's in the past, but it is a rare situation where I have found a public servant who was so compassionate, knowledgeable, attentive and patient and yet still so eager and enthusiastic to serve those who he was entrusted to assist.

Just a note to let you know of the excellent outcome that was reached because of the diligence and quick wits of Deputy Public Defender Deep Goswami.
I was the attorney in felony case Herbert G. alleging two counts of felony assault on an Officer causing injury. Because of Mr. Goswami's quick understanding of the need to coordinate a strategy, out client received essentially a time served deal in a misdemeanor rather than a felony conviction with a potential prison commitment.
